01The guarantee
Every purchase of Altair Pro, including founder plans, renewals and lifetime licenses, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, for any reason, we refund the full amount. We may ask what didn’t work, so we can improve, but you don’t have to answer.
02How to ask
- Write to support@altairsites.com from the email you used to buy.
- Include your order or license number if you have it.
- Send it within 30 days of the payment date.
03What happens next
We confirm the refund within 2 business days and the license is deactivated. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
The Altair Lite theme and anything you built with it stay yours. Only the Pro license stops.
04Founder pricing
If you refund a founder plan, the founder seat is released. If you buy again later, the price available at that moment applies.
05When it doesn’t apply
- Requests made after 30 days.
- Repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or use that breaks our Terms.
- Payments disputed with the bank while a refund is in progress.
If you think your case is special, write to us anyway. We’d rather talk than lose a customer over a rule.
